Lighthouse on the Shore Learning Center was customized to provide quality, loving care for children 6 weeks to 12 years old. We will provide a safe, positive and caring environment that is conducive to the child’s learning. We will utilize creative curriculum planning for all of our children. With this, a variety of culturally and age appropriate resources can be incorporated to create classroom activities that support our education philosophy. Lighthouse on the Shore Learning Center implements a written comprehensive curriculum that is aligned with the Delaware Early Learning Foundation for infants, toddlers and preschoolers enrolled.

Combination approach to learning

Children are encouraged to learn and explore at their own speed in areas that interest them. We support parents as primary educators of their children.
